Hi!! My name is Baylee - I've been a Personal Trainer for 8+ years and a Fat Loss Coach since 2020. I struggled with health & fitness for most of my life to the point where I thought getting in shape just wasn't meant for me.
One of my biggest struggles was what to do for my workouts - I would go with the flow, follow a program online for a week (only to second guess it and try something else), and I never felt confident in what I was doing.
I created Train with Bay to help you know exactly what to do for your workouts - whether you workout at home or the gym, 3x a week or 5x, you want to focus on glutes or a full body transformation - this workout membership has you covered.

In the app, you will get immediate access to the current training programs, custom nutrition & cardio goal form, members only group chat, and stretching routines.
You can easily swap out exercises for something more preferable. Some exercises will have swaps recommended, and you can always ask in the group chat for a substitute!
This is mainly a workout-focused membership, although you can add personalized nutrition goals to your profile (you are instructed how to set these goals up)
If you have questions on nutrition you can ask them in the group chat OR you can check out the New You 6-Week Challenge for more support with dieting, plateaus, and making dieting easier.
Home workouts take ~ 20-30 minutes and gym workouts ~ 35-45 minutes.
All workouts start with a dynamic warm up to prepare your body and include 5-7 total exercises depending on what the workout is. Workouts are very straightforward and easy to follow!
No time commitment - stay as long as you'd like! Working out is a longterm habit that is necessary to both get in shape & keep the results you get.

Powerlifters or women who want to hit new 1 rep maxes or do 1-5 reps of an exercise
Women who want to do a lot of barbell work (the only barbell work includes hip thrusts which can be swapped out)
Women looking for HIIT or cardio workouts (this is a weightlifting program ONLY!)
Women who want quick fixes or fast results
