Fit for Life gives you a new structured training program every month so you never have to wonder what to do when you get to the gym

Every workout is designed to help you progressively get stronger so you can build muscle and get the fit look you're after

How it works:

What the workouts are like

Your entire week is already planned for you - all you have to do is follow it!

Monday: Legs & Abs

Tuesday: Upper Body

Wednesday: Rest day

Thursday: Glutes & Abs

Friday: Back & Shoulders

Sat & Sun: Rest days

  • Train 3-4x a week

  • 30-45 minute gym workouts (25-30 minutes at home)

  • Every workout includes 4 "must do" exercises and 2-3 bonus exercises if you have extra time

  • Move workouts around as needed to fit your schedule

  • Gym equipment: dumbbells, cables, machines, minimal barbell work (only for hip thrusts & can be swapped out)

  • Home equipment: dumbbells, resistance bands (get a pack that has a door anchor), booty bands

❌ You want a barbell-focused program (this membership primarily uses dumbbells, cables and machines - barbell work is minimal and mainly used for hip thrusts, with swaps available)

❌ You want a heavy strength / powerlifting-style program (low rep, barbell focused training)

❌ You prefer to freestyle your workouts or change them every week

One Personal Training session typically costs $60-$100

Nope! Every month you'll receive a brand new training routine. You can also add optional nutrition & cardio goals to fast track your progress

The workouts include 4 "must do" exercises & 2-3 bonus exercises

That way if you only have 30 minutes to train, you're covered - and if you want a longer workout, you're covered too!

I do my best to give exercise substitutions ahead of time but you can always ask for swaps in the group chat

If you're completely new to weightlifting, I'd recommend starting with my 30 Day Beginner Program. It teaches you the basics and helps you build up your confidence with weightlifting before joining FFL. Once you complete the program, FFL is the perfect next step!

You can easily cancel by going to the kettlebell icon in the app > 1) START HERE > Update Your Billing Info. Be sure to fully cancel the membership vs taking off your payment info (that does NOT cancel your membership)
